Pegasus Short Film Seminar (PSFS)
All DFW area students (ages 15- 18) are invited to apply for the Pegasus Short Film Seminar. Work together as a community of student filmmakers to produce a short film. Use industry-standard cameras and equipment to make your short film! This filmmaking seminar will help boost creativity, focus on a team-developing environment, challenge idea building and realize a future generation of filmmakers to make driven films!

Gain hands-on experience and produce a short film!
Pre-Production: Writing, Producing, Casting, Location Scouting, Set Design, and Props.
Production: Directing, Cinematography, Lighting, Sound, Wardrobe.
Post-Production: Editing, Sound Editing, Graphic Design, Animation
This seminar will teach students the skills required to produce and execute a short film project. Learn and use industry-standard cameras and equipment to make your short film.
Students will be mentored by a working production industry professional. Gain insight into the industry, learn (and put to use) valuable filmmaking skills, and ask questions!
Work together and connect with other student filmmakers! Each student will gain first-hand experience working in a variety of roles on set such as writer, director, producer, cinematographer/ director of photography, gaffer, editor, and more in this highly collaborative class.
Build your portfolio! In this class, you will complete an actual film and learn valuable skills to keep building your resume! Our alumni have used their films as part of their college portfolio and have gone on to top film schools all around the country!
Meet new friends, get to use super cool equipment, and work together to make an epic short film!
