HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN THE DAY-TO-DAY OF RUNNING A FILM FESTIVAL.
The Pegasus Film Festival Leadership Team really creates the festival experience. They handle the curation of film submissions, programming of selected films, marketing of the festival --- equal to all major international film festivals.
Year Round Mentorship
Students receive continuous mentorship through peer and alumni coaching, fostering growth and development.
Student-to-Alumni
The program formalizes a pathway for students to become engaged alumni, building long-term leadership and community.
Real-World Experience
Students gain hands-on experience with real-world production timelines, budgeting, and public engagement, preparing them for future careers in the industry.
Professional Roles
Participants take on significant responsibilities as Festival Directors, Producers, Designers, and Publicists, mentored by industry professionals.
Career Readiness
This program focuses on career readiness, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the film and media industry.
